Our client, a leader in their field is currently searching for an SAP HR expert with specific experience in configuring LMS

The candidate will be required to do: -" In this phase of the project we will be implementing the SAP Learning Solution with enhancement pack 4. Future phases of the project will implement the enterprise learning solution but not in this phase of the project. The work for the LMS professional will focus on figuration of the learning management solution in the ERP backend (ECC6) with enhamcenet pack 4 fuctions. This would include data cleansing and configuration of the course catalogue, as well as providing support and advice for configuration of the learning portals and content management server"

* Highly developed skills in SAP HR, Training and Events Management and Learning Solutions in the SAP ECC6 environment

* Proven experience in analysing and articulating business requirements and creating/updating blueprinting documentation for SAP systems

*Demonstrated strong ability to document and interpret User Requirements, Business, Rules, problem resolutiona nd strong liaising skills with business developers and other teams.

*Proven experience in developing functional test specifications for complex areas of functionality, setting up test data and performing functional tests

* Demonstrated skills in analysing the root cause and resolution of production systems problems.
